From its beginnings as a menswear brand in Glasgow in 1987 Ted Baker has been hugely successful, now standing as one of the fastest growing leading lifestyle brands in the UK. It is testament to the appeal of their brand that they managed all of this despite never having had a conventional advertising campaign.
Ted Baker sought our help to support their move into the American markets, by building an eCommerce store catering specifically to a US audience and to launch alongside bricks-and-mortar openings in New York and Chicago. As ever, their strong identity needed to be reinforced with an on-brand and engaging customer journey.
Keeping the unique Ted brand personality and engaging customer journey, we moved the site onto a new home on our Enrich platform with a number of country specific adaptations to improve the site's performance and make it ready for the big US push.

To maintain Ted’s online identity, we moved their already-established UK site design onto our enrich® eCommerce platform and implemented a number of country-specific adaptations and integrations to make it suitable for the US audience.
Amongst these were integrations with Sabrix, an application which calculates US Sales Tax, and the payment gateway CyberSource, in addition to fraud screening and postcode look-up developments. What’s more, the use of GeoIP location technology ensured that US users would automatically be directed to the US site.
After launch the site saw a month-on-month conversion rate increase of 135%.
We continue to work with Ted Baker US to further improve their multinational ecommerce operation.

AllSaints Spitalfields
Since late 2006, we have worked with AllSaints to build a multichannel presence as inspirational as the clothes they design. Numerous features and enhancements have been implemented which reflect the look and ethos of the brand online.
Bench
The Bench brand is edgy and assured - knowing urban style for a generation that's proud to stand out. To draw that audience to the internet, we created a series of destinations; branding, eCommerce, and microsites that fans could call their own.
