
Reiss is a multinational retailer of directional, design-led Menswear and Womenswear. Our overhaul of their online presence reflected the brand's crisp and confident look.
Ambition
Reiss engaged drivebusiness to develop an ecommerce website which provides a confident showcase for the brand, flexibility to allow for seasonal updates and increased commerciality.
Action
The Reiss website is built on and managed using drivebusiness’s powerful Enrich eCommerce platform, providing an interface for managingstock, online merchandising and fulfilment.
Reiss online is crisp and confident. There's enough detail togive a sense of place and style, but nothing superfluous. The clothes are centre-stage and desirably within reach while shopping outfits is made even easier with the “Shop the Lookbook” option. Plus there are prompts for every item. You're in no doubt that Reiss is a total look.Buyers can email a style advisor about any item or check the fitting guide without having to leave the page. The brand experience continues through the content sections and bespoke store locator.
We continue to work with Reiss to develop the site experience and promote the brand through targeted and segmented email marketing, PPC and SEO.
