
A new international brand with style and credibility for those in the know. Gio-Goi is synonymous with everything rock 'n' roll. It is a label about youth culture and attitude and its men's and women's clothing collections reflect this.
Ambition
Gio-Goi grew out of the dance revolution of the '80s and '90s. By 2008, it was ready to go online. Our job was to create an online store and brand site within six weeks. And all without losing a scrap of the attitude that makes Gio-Goi right for iconoclasts from Amy Winehouse to Vivienne Westwood.
Action
Gio-Goi is the online shop that gets up parents' noses. This is a world
of late nights, loud music, and style that marks you out to those in
the know. The clothes are right. They are what they are. Better still,
you can see what goes with what. Plus you can zoom in to see what your
mates will see when you wear it next week.
Gio-Goi went live
with full customer service support from drivebusiness and full
integration with Tower stock feeds and Sage Pay. drivebusiness acts as
part of Gio-Goi's internal eCommerce team, providing photography,
merchandising, and customer service support. The site includes
fraud-screening for high-value orders, a login/register, out-of-stock
notifications, and interactive exchanges and returns.
One-a-week
mailers introduce competitions, promotions, and new products. Blogging
with promo codes keeps customers coming back, while skinned Facebook
and Bebo pages maintain the buzz of activity. There's on-page SEO, PPC,
and banner updates on the site.
Impact
drivebusiness continue to increase sales through targeted marketing campaigns, including email, search, paid advertising and affiliate marketing. In Q4 2009 our merchandising teams have helped to increase site conversion by ensuring the best mix of product is available to customers.
