Ambition

The audience for Duchamp ties, cufflinks, and shirts crosses borders and cultures ease, which is why Duchamp has plans for overseas expansion. Online trading offers a secondary – and faster – route to international sales, and round-the-clock service for domestic customers who can't always get to a Duchamp store. The challenge is to translate Duchamp's uncompromising brand values into a credible online store.

Action

The Duchamp store is a place of quiet comfort and timeless elegance. The mood is exclusive and intimate; the clothes and accessories sparkle like jewels in the night. This is a world in which retailing is effortless and unhurried; you can linger or you can check out ahead of the next business meeting.

Enrich integrates with Sage Pay and a daily stock feed from Esperus. Post-launch additions included Flash on the home page, a new category for accessories, and improved design. Registration helps build the worldwide customer database. Password-access lets Duchamp staff manage Enrich's CMS, customer service, order processing, and merchandising screens.

Ongoing work involves additional incentives to register and multi-currency features.
