PRODUCTION MANAGER
As we continue to grow and take on more and more exciting projects, we have developed a need for a studio manager.
You will have excellent plannning and organisation skills, and will have full responsibility for managing the work load coming through our busy design and programming teams.
You will:
Be the key point of contact between account management and production
Organise and manage the flow of work through the studio
Manage the production of all projects, big and small
Gather briefs from account managers and the creative directors to provide clear direction for the project teams/individuals
Manage weekly schedules
Plan and manage holidays and downtime
Provide weekly production reports and project status reports
Provide a detailed overview of which projects require the most focus

BUSINESS ANALYST
We have a fantastic opportunity for a business analyst.
We deliver eCommerce capability to a range of clients, mainly in the fashion retail industry. Our clients are demanding, have quickly evolving needs, and we go the extra mile to deliver. The role will suit a passionate and experienced self-starter.
Essential skills include:
Ability to drive out and document client requirement from a high level business need
Experience of analysing and documenting business processes
Demonstrable experience of driving change in a project environment
Ability to complete multiple tasks to challenging deadlines
Working knowledge of business analysis best practice or project lifecycles
Flexibility in approach to the role
You will be responsible for:
Documenting plain English, clear and concise requirements which allow traceability through to the final product
Definition of business processes, resolving gaps and identifying process efficiencies
Producing proposals for clients and internal review
Collaborating with client account managers and technical teams to identify the right solutions
Writing and reviewing functional specifications
Providing support during system testing and UAT
Quality assuring other business functions such as creative and technical areas to ensure the final delivery is to the required standard and in line with expectations
Assisting the director of IT in the implementation of quality and traceability measures
An understanding of the retail industry would be a distinct advantage but is not essential. Some UK travel will be required.

FLASH DEVELOPER (ACTIONSCRIPT 3.0)
We have an exciting opportunity for a Flash Developer to join our growing, dynamic and fast moving company.
We deliver eCommerce capability to a range of clients, mainly in the fashion and retail industry and the successful candidate will be passionate and experienced to meet the needs of our clients.
You will have a demonstrable track record of developing websites and experience of Flash (Actionscript 3.0). You will be flexible in your approach to the role and will have the ability to complete multiple tasks to challenging deadlines. Experience of Relational Databases (preferably MySQL), HTML, XML, version control and issue management tools are all desirable.
You will play a key part in the systems development lifecycle by producing stylish, efficient and reliable Flash user interfaces to the highest standards. You will also assist in the testing of the systems being developed, collaborate with client account managers, graphic designers, systems programmers and business analysts to ensure projects are delivered on time.
An understanding of the retail industry would be a distinct advantage but is not essential.
